The master bedroom is bathed in natural light, thanks to the large windows that wrap around the room. It features a king-size bed, complemented by built-in wardrobes for ample storage. Step out onto the private furnished balcony, which surrounds the room and offers partial views of the canal, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The en-suite bathroom offers a luxurious experience with its spacious walk-in shower, elegantly finished in marble stone, and premium fittings throughout.

Leave your car keys at home, start your day at the fitness centre or at the pool for a workout or a morning dip; then head off to one of the lovely cafes along the canal and relax admiring the views. When you are ready, head off to Habtoor City; here you can experience fine dining, pub crawling, or book a night show at ‘La Perle’. For the most adventurous ones, you can rent a Careem bike and ride to the closest beaches in about 20 minutes (Jumeirah Beach and Kite Beach).

Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
