The Space
The open floor plan creates a modern interior that is flooded with natural light and contains a relaxed living space with a flow-through living/dining area. This stylish living room features a modern L-shape sofa bed (140x200), a coffee table set, TV unit and smart TV, and a dining table to sit four comfortably. Adjacent to the stylish living area, you can step outside onto a carefully designed balcony and take in the magnificent views of Burj Al Arab and the city’s skylights.
A cook’s dream, this well-equipped beautifully updated kitchen will delight you with high-end appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, and sleek cabinetry. The dining table can seat four comfortably and sits just outside the kitchen service window for a handy buffet dinner.
Master Bedroom
Sleep soundly in this big, but cozy queen-sized bedroom that comes complete with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and breathtaking views of the ocean. If you don’t feel adventurous you can also enjoy a lazy day inside and watch your favourite movie with all comforts that this bedroom has to offer. Bright and breezy, the main bathroom includes a fitted tub with shower facility, marble vanity and countertops, and ceramic-tiled flooring.

As part of the Shoreline Complex, guests can benefit from added facilities like COSTA café, supermarkets that deliver, and a 24-7 Subway for the night owls. Enjoy the day at The Byron Bathers licensed Beach Club, access the restaurant from the same building, with complimentary pool and beach access with all F&B purchases on site. By showing the staff your visitor cards, you can also take advantage of a 20% discount on food and beverages except during Happy Hour which is running every day from 5 to 7 pm.

Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we’re always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We’re happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, the Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the world-famous Atlantis the Palm with well-renowned restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. You can also walk over to West Beach and enjoy the south side of Palm Jumeirah to admire the Dubai Marina skyline and Ain Dubai. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are plenty on The Palm and the Careem App is widely used throughout the Emirate.
