The Space
This one-bedroom apartment with a furnished study is an ideal home to host a young family. The open planned living room is clutter free with ample furnishing, featuring a large L-shaped sofa, a dining table to seat six with bright natural light owing to the floor to ceiling, fully dressed windows. From here, the guests can access the private balcony with Burj Khalifa View and community views. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom comes equipped with a large double bed with premium bedding and bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and lots of natural light and an en suite bathroom.
Study
Furnished with a day bed and side table and natural light owing to the fully dressed window, this room would be perfectly suited to an accompanying teen or younger child.

Guests to this apartment can enjoy the use of squash courts, a fitness room, steam room, table tennis & tennis court as well as access to a professional laundry service. The Neighborhood Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Dubai Marina is where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out and hanging back. JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch.
