The Space
Curating the perfect balance between home & holiday, this relaxed but chic apartment offers its guests good times with great memories and a cosy crash pad with modern furniture. The living area is furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs, coffee table, and a TV, a dining table to seat six and access to the furnished balcony. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay, including a premium coffee machine.
Master Bedroom
A large bright room with a King bed, premium bedding and bedside tables, and direct access to the furnished balcony. The en suite bathroom makes mornings a breeze for guests fitted with a large walk-in shower.
Other Bedrooms
This apartment comes with 3 other bedrooms, 1 King and 2 Queen, all rooms include premium bedding and bedside tables. 2 of the bedrooms share a bathroom which includes a bathtub and shower, allowing guests to relax after a long day of seeing all Dubai has to offer. The 4th bedroom has its en suite bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower and with direct access from the bedroom to the furnished balcony.
This apartment also includes a maid’s room, fitted with a large single bed.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) are where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out and hanging back.
The Marina stretches more than 3 km long and is encircled by a palm-lined and landscaped promenade, a favourite among strollers, walkers, joggers and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafés. You could jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner all available right at your doorstep. JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch. It's vibrant and family-friendly with plenty of places to sit, have a shisha and watch the sunset over the Arabian Gulf. There are loads to keep the kids entertained, including a splash pad, beachfront playground, train ride and mini fare ground with games and prizes. Hop on a camel and take a tour of the shoreline or sweat it out in The Beach's outdoor gym. Check out local artisans at The Beach market or grab some VIP tickets to the movies for a quiet night out.
