    The Neighbourhood
    Dubai Creek Harbour rises above its namesake waterway and is located between the city's historical locales and newer hubs of Downtown Dubai and Business Bay which are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. The district is the ideal spot for enjoying a slower pace of life and taking in the serene skyline and marina views over an al fresco meal at food trucks or cafes. Stroll along the 6km promenade and stop for photographs at one of the bright-hued art installations or hop aboard a boat tour and enjoy some of the city’s key landmarks from the water. Bur Dubai is a historic district in Dubai located on the western side of the Dubai Creek. The name literally translates to Mainland Dubai, a reference to the traditional separation of the Bur Dubai area from Deira by the Dubai Creek. Bur Dubai is also now home to some iconic buildings, like the Wafi Mall, Zabeel Park and Dubai Frame.

    Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 15-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style or Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall for a frenetic shopping experience. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 20 minutes, and for the more adventurous traveler, you can venture out on a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro to the south end of the city. Careem and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.

      The Neighbourhood
      Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the regions biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.       The Neighborhood
      Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Dubai Marina is where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out and hanging back.

      JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch. It’s vibrant and family friendly with plenty of places to sit, have a shisha and watch the sunset over the Arabian Gulf. There are loads of things to keep the kids entertained, including a splash pad, beachfront playground, train ride and mini fare ground with games and prizes. Hop on a camel and take a tour of the shoreline or sweat it out in The Beach’s outdoor gym. Check out local artisans at The Beach market or grab some VIP tickets to the movies for a quiet night out. JBR is a place that really comes alive at night and has plenty to offer the partygoers with multitude of bars and nightlife.

      For a slower pace and quieter night, take a walk over to Dubai Marina and jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner. Enjoy the café’s or go shopping in the Marina Mall. Immerse yourself in a culinary experience at Pier 7, a signature building that offers a new adventure in fine dining, with a contrast in tastes, presentation, ambience and style on every floor.

      Take advantage of the Dubai tram and really get to know the area, it will connect you to the East and West of both places effortlessly and connect you to the Dubai Metro for when you’re ready to explore the city further, to the Dubai Mall or beyond. Alternatively, you can always hail an RTA taxi to get you to the Mall of the Emirates in 15 minutes, Ibn Battuta Mall in 7 minutes or Palm Jumeirah in 10 minutes. From there, you can explore The Lost Chambers at the infamous Atlantis Hotel then party into the night.
