Furnished with a generous L-shaped sofa and dining table to seat 4 comfortably, overlooked by the fully equipped kitchen with service window, this space is far from cramped. The living area also offers a large guest bathroom immediate from the entrance.
Master Bedroom
A spacious room, the master bedroom represents harmonious living with soothing tones. It is furnished with a large king-size bed, dressing table with wall-mounted mirror, stool and a lounge chair to take full advantage of the floor to ceiling windows and Burj Lake view. A walk-in wardrobe means there is no worry of space for all your holiday attire.

The Neighbourhood
Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out and hanging back.
The Marina stretches more than 3 km long and is encircled by a palm-lined and landscaped promenade, a favourite among strollers, walkers, joggers and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafes or you could jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner. The Marina has its own mall with over 130 shops, a supermarket and a six-screen cinema.
