The Space
This bright contemporary apartment contains dedicated, dining, lounge and kitchen areas, furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, lamp lighting and a coffee table. The dining table seats four comfortably and is situated to the side of the apartment’s modern kitchen, which is fully fitted with all of the appliances needed for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with premium bedding and bedside tables with lamp lighting, a stool and accompanying table, fitted wardrobes and carpeted flooring. The floor-to-ceiling window is fitted with a blackout blind for a good night’s sleep. This room has a stylish en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit.
Guest Access
This building offers key communal facilities to include a Podium-level swimming pool with children’s pool, a state-of-the-art gymnasium and health club and a multifunctional outdoor court with a children’s play area, garden and barbeque area.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
Business Bay can be thought of as Dubai’s very own Manhattan, built as the business centre of this burgeoning young city, it now hosts the new extension of the waterway through to the Persian Gulf, The Dubai Creek; a symbol of Dubai’s past as well as it’s future.
Neighbouring Downtown Dubai and mirroring its accolade: ’The Centre of Now’, the Business Bay development is perfectly situated just 7 minutes to DIFC, 10 minutes to Dubai Mall and 16 minutes from the beach with the Burj Khalifa watching over it all.
Take advantage of the historic Dubai Creek at your doorstep and take a water taxi from Al Wajeha Station up to the place of where it all began in Al Ghubaiba, where the Creek flows out to the Arabian Gulf. From there, you can hop on to a traditional Abra or Dhow boat and explore Dubai’s Gold Souk in tradition and style. For a more typical mode of transportation, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available widely and used throughout the Emirate.
