The Space
Combining comfort and functionality, this living space is a multi-use room with simplistic design features such as an open planned kitchen and living space, clean lines and wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the residence with natural light. The living space is fitted with a smart flat-screen TV and TV unit and a dining table to seat four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, and appliances for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom embodies the same uncluttered simplistic design with hints of warmth in the soft furnishings and sumptuous view. Featuring a king-sized bed with headboard, side tables and lamp lighting and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The wall-to-wall window Is fully dressed for a sleep-filled night and the room contains fitted wardrobes for housing all your holiday essentials.
Guest Access
This luxurious residence offers great dining options. The 11th-floor leisure deck features a state-of-the-art gym and infinity pool with fantastic views of the Dubai skyline. The property also has a spa and wellness center along with a sauna allowing for a more relaxing stay.
Interaction with Guests

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
This residence sits in the heart of the Jumeirah Lake Towers neighborhood, which comprises around 80 glittering high-rise towers scattered around three large ornamental lakes and lush greenery. The blend between business and residential keeps this area buzzing from morning to night. The complex sits adjacent to Dubai Marina, separated by Sheikh Zayed Road, the lifeline of Dubai and the Dubai Metro. The two metro stops ‘Damac Properties’ (formerly Dubai Marina) and ‘JLT’ pedestrianizes and interlinks the two sides together to include JLT as part of ‘New Dubai’ along with JBR and the marina.
