The Space
This apartment has a modern open living space furnished with chic pieces, featuring an L-shaped sofa, corner unit with luscious greenery, a TV and unit as well as a large dining table to seat six comfortably. Guests can access the furnished balcony that overlooks uninterrupted views of the city afar from the living room. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and all the appliances for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is a beautiful uncluttered room boasting a king-size bed with premium bedding to give you all the comforts of home. This stunning space also contains bedside tables and lamp lighting, fitted wardrobes and fully dressed windows for a good night’s sleep. The en suite bathroom comes complete with a fitted tub, furnished sink area and toilet.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and premium bedding, fitted wardrobes and fully dressed windows.
Guest Access
In addition to the waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants that allow for late-night walks and daytime strolls along the lake, facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool and free Wi-Fi.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
The Jumeirah Lake Towers neighbourhood comprises of around 80 glittering high-rise towers scattered around three large ornamental lakes and lush greenery, where the blend between business and residential keeps this area buzzing from morning to night. The complex sits adjacent to Dubai Marina, separated by Sheikh Zayed Road, the lifeline of Dubai and the Dubai Metro. The two metro stops ’Damac Properties’ (formerly Dubai Marina) and ’JLT’ pedestrianizes and interlinks the two sides together to include JLT as part of ’New Dubai’ along with JBR and the marina.
JLT is a fantastic place to live and just as great to visit, attracting Dubai’s residents with some of its unique bar’s and restaurants; from Greek, Indian, French or Vegan food that the local’s swear by, there’s definitely a flavour to satisfy the fussiest of diners, every day of the week. The McGettigans Irish Pub is a rooted fixture of JLT having been established close to its inception in 2005, it’s since become a cornerstone of JLT living, providing live music from international bands and delicious pub fare.
The locality of JLT places it within walking distance to a host of luxury shopping facilities and malls, restaurants, bars, metro line, numerous beaches, and the world’s top golf courses. If golf is your thing, you might like the idea of tee-ing off at Emirates Golf Club, the first grass golf course to have hit the Middle East, right on your doorstep! Take a stroll to the Dubai Marina Mall or a 15-minute drive to the infamous Mall of the Emirates.
Make sure to take advantage of the Dubai tram and really get to know the area, it will connect you to the east and west of New Dubai including JBR Beach, The Palm Jumeirah as well as both sides of the Dubai Marina. When you’re ready to explore the rest of this vibrant city, there’s plenty of transportation to get you to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and beyond.
