Our City Walk apartment is where Dubai’s urban culture takes root and flourishes, offering luxury at every turn with Dubai’s top attractions just moments away. In less than ten minutes, you could find yourself at The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, The Burj Khalifa. Or, stay right where you are and lavish in the luxury pool and 5* home.
The Space
This is an apartment filled with clean lines and modern touches, high-end furniture and soft lighting. The large open spaced living area contains a sofa, two arm chairs, a collection of side-tables and a dining table to seat six with access to an expansive community view balcony. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances including a coffee machine for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a high-end large double bed with premium bedding, bedside tables, a dresser with fitted mirror and fitted wardrobes for all of your holiday essentials. The en suite bathroom contains a large fitted tub, walk in shower unit, toilet and large sink area that’s fully mirrored.
Second Bedroom
This room contains 2 single beds, a bedside table, and a dresser with mirror and fitted wardrobes. Its floor-to-ceiling windows are fully dressed for a good nights sleep. And an en suite bathroom complete with shower fixtures, a toilet and sink area, available for your convenience.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy fantastic amenities including a pool, gymnasium and a children’s playground. With a 24-hour security service, guests can rest assured.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

It’s a great place to stay as a family and children of all ages are catered for, whether in the HUB ZERO theme park for kids aged 10-100yrs or Mattel Play Town for the younger ones. Discover Green Planet, an indoor tropical rainforest bio dome with over 3000 plants & animals or kickback at the Roxy Cinema. For a strictly adult-time book a table at the dining and nightlife destination, The Square & savor the finest award winning French, Peruvian and Spanish fare over a glass of grape.
Staying at City Walk means that your just moments away from some of Dubai’s top offerings; in less than ten minutes, you could find yourself at The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, The Burj Khalifa. All of which are within walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets. Hire a yacht or buy a ticket for a boat ride from Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, or laze around on the beach at La Mer, just 15 minutes away from your door.
Connectivity is key and whenever you’re ready to head out further afield into the city you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
